Nuts are good. I just don't like the big ones. Too hard to fit into your mouth.

To tell you the truth, I gas a lot after 2% because I love milk and drink to much. So I had to calm down and drink the healthy stuff which is skim milk. It's water/milk but it gets the job done when I drink it I think about calories and healthy concerns

I can take 2% though...I think I can...hold on...uh...nevermind I can't HANDLE THE GOODNESS!!!!
