lol, that proves nothing, GT is the bigger franchise with more money behind it, Forza is just a rising star.

only more money?, budget, cars, ,perfectionist japanese developers, and more powerful yet harder to push console.
polyphony is talented one of the best on the market, assure you GT5 like prologue will killzone 2++++++ on wheels.
Lets not wait we know that gt5 will be more realistic and true to life like i said before every xbox 360 is shiny and thats what forza is, yes to a lesser degree but still just shiny.

Debating every post on this form for GT just for the heck of it ! Yup, I'm, jus counter the idiocy from all the GT5 fanboys. Far too many blind PS3 fanboys on the forum, if you look at my post history you can see that I have a history of defending both games. Yea we get it you are a Forza fan. Btw... GT5 cars looking fake? Thanks dude... thats proof enough to me that you are the "fanboy" here Yes, I am a Forza fan, but I am also a GT5 fan (my post history can attest to that), and a fanboy of neither. Nice try though.
Btw ppl - lets wait for both games to come out before fighting over for supremacy !! I have suggested that, but as always, some delusional fanboy decides to enter the argument, and then, I get to have fun riping his crippled theories to sherds. |

GTs gaming franchise strength means Fuk all to Toyota or BMW.
But they did sent out GT demo disks with their cars as previews, they trust GTs physics well nuf to use it to show case their cars. So Auto manafactuers trust GTs physics over anyhtign else bud, do you get that ?

Not necesarily, GT is a better known franchise, and the physics are very good (nobody is arguing that), also, a partnership between Polyphony, and Toyota and BMW would be beneficial to all of them, only Polyphony had the clout to pull it off. So, yes, while Forza had the better physics, they did not have the clout, finantially or popularity, to really pull any deals like that. It's actually quite simple if you really think about it.
Motorstorm looked nowhere near CGI IMO, KZ2 did however
GT5 trailer was in game no doubt, it just had the right moves in it, PD does not do CGI claiming its ingame, just like ICO
Currently playing: MAG, Heavy Rain, Infamous
Getting Plat trophies for: Heavy Rain, Infamous, RE5, Burnout and GOW collection once I get it.
Also I think we do need to wait for both games to come out before judging, both look awesome for now and since they both come out exclusive to different consoles its a win/win situation for everyone, or am I in the wrong now?
TBH I do expect GT5 to be better but that's because of both its development time and its developers, this game did not attract me at first (atleast nowhere near how much it attracts me now) But that was probably because GT5:P was such a glorified demo, still loved it though

Actually, until MS allow players to connect real wheels like logitech G25, you can't even start debating which is the most realistic, since GT has no competitor. Playing forza on pad just doesn't make it. The new 'rewind' feature will go on giving Forza a more arcade feel too.
On the graphics side anyway, I think only the most hardcore MS fanboys can deny GT5P (a 2 year old game) already looks better than Forza 3... The cars on the Forza 3 trailer just look too 'plastic' to be real. Much more work was made on GT5 lighting.
Forza is still the poor man's GT right now, but it could change in the future.
