I haven't played Saints Row but did play GTA4 and was also laughing. I didn't ready any reviews or previews since I hate that crap but just laughed at that game. It was very mediocre and just a joke all around.
I did see Yahtzee's review of Saints Row 2 and he really detailed what makes SR2 so great for him. The review was hilarious as always and really showed some of the things I hated about GTA4. I will probably get SR2 eventually as well but right now I am super addicted to Prototype.
Prototype is like the Incredible Hulk sped up twice as fast and with dismemberments and incredibly fluid motion thrown in. Basically exactly what I look for in open world games ;)
