There is no shortage of automakers out there claiming to make the ultimate "race car for the road", but few of them can touch the Ultima GTR. While others try to make their road cars as close to racing cars as possible, the British sportscar-maker set about making their Noble-based racing car as close to a road car as possible. The result is blistering performance, with the latest GTR720 setting several Guinness-verified world records, including a 0-60 time of 2.6 seconds, a quarter mile below ten seconds and a 0-100-0 time in 9.4. With those numbers in the books, Sport Auto Magazine set its sights on setting a new Nurburgring road car lap record.

The article is from 2006 while the road and track article is from 2007. Either way their both 2.6 which is amazing!!

Makes me want GT5 even more so we can test these cars out!! I'm hoping for 2009 but we really haven't seen anything except the video from E3. Hopefully we will see something at the TGS.

Ultima GTR is more a track car then super car, Veyron can be driven in any country on public roads. Is the U GTR legal every where ?

It is street legal, at least in the US.

errr... I still fail to see what's new on this thread... 

So what exactly are you seeing new on these screenshots ?  These are GT5P screenshots, plain and simple.   There are some real life pictures as well that apparently some of you are mistaking for in-game... which speaks good of the game, and bad of your sight.

Stop smoking and read yourself...

It says right in the article... "We'll send out a selection of goodies to two commenters who correctly identify which photographs are real and which are from Grand Turismo 5."

In hindsight your a blind person trying to judge another persons sight, quite sad really.

Sorry but still didn't get your point.  Again, your point is?    Honest question...  I mean you obviously know I do know some are in-game some are real life.  So I am guessing this bolded Gran Turismo 5 is your point?  So I missed GT5P for GT5 in your opinion?  Is that it mate?  Btw I still think it's prologue.  Or maybe you didn't see that people was claiming all pictures to be in-game.  Would be funny considering your last sentence

I also think those are GT5P images.

PD hasn't released anything from GT5 other than the E3 trailer.

 

GT5P has the same car and track in the game.

  I guess you never played Gran Turismo 5 Prologue.
