Does this garuntee work retroactively?  I bought mine a couple years ago...

This thread is friggin' brutal...  It's up there with the guy I met in GameStop the other day that overheard me telling the clerk "I'll get it on the 360...  I only really use my PS3 to watch movies."

I thought he was going to cry...  He starts in with "I'm really sorry to hear that, bro...   You are seriously missing out if that is true, bro.  Have you played..." and then starts listing a mix of multiplat games, Killzone 2, and MGS4, and did the same typical "those are both better than Halo..."

Me: "You own a 360?"

Him: "No...  naw, bro...  why?  No, but I have a friend that has Halo, and I've seen him play it..."

When you make a snarky comment about something (I actually own a handful of really enjoyable, quality PS3 titles...  I just prefer to use it as my BluRay player and 360 as my game machine), and are countered with outright biased ignorance, you jsut can't help but shake your head and stare.

can you say that the same number of people are playing MGS online compared to the number of people playing Gears of War 2?

Can you say that atleast half the MGS4 buyers have played MGS4 this year?
