Get MGS essential collection it has all 3 MGS games. It was released for $29.99 but I am sure it is cheaper now.

FF-12 can be had for really cheap now. You can always buy used games. Try cheapassgamer website for game deals.

Persona 3 FES or Persona 4 would be good too.

@tbone, i said a cheap ps3 or ps2 game. infamous is expensive. i don't have 60 bucks.

Great RPG on PS2: Shadow Hearts: Covenant. its awesome, and you can get it very cheap. (around 10-15 bucks).

And Oblivion on PS3 is great, and also cheap. (youre paying around 30 bucks for more than 200 hours to play. its awesome.)
