You sir are a bastard and a scholar. The world would be both more and less stable by not having your presense in it. Also try not to be late for dinner again. Your chicken milanese will get cold. |
Im sorry, I promise I won't be late again!

Most liekly Sudan. They cause counties millions of £ because they cant sort their corrupt selves out. If not them then definitly got to go to Iran

Is it Countries like China with their ambitious climb to become a SuperPower
I think they are one charasmatic leader away from becoming the next Nazis of the world.
Yet, today, America's leaders are reenacting every folly that brought these great powers [Russia, Germany, and Japan] to ruin -- from arrogance and hubris, to assertions of global hegemony, to imperial overstretch, to trumpeting new 'crusades,' to handing out war guarantees to regions and countries where Americans have never fought before. We are piling up the kind of commitments that produced the greatest disasters of the twentieth century.

I always say something interesting, which is why so many people reply to my comments in so many threads, agree or disagree with me, you can't doubt my tremendous influence in the lives of others, I speak they listen, lol
Anyways, its the US, a rogue nation with a nuke isn't going to destabilize the world, even if they set off that Nuke, all that will happen is they get mowed down by other nations in retaliation. No but the US and its actions has the greatest ability to destabilize the world, heck this current period of economic instability is mostly the result of the US

That was one hell of a sentence.
Anywho, my current belief is that North Korea is the biggest threat, atm - but only because of recent activities. Once we've implemented a missile defense system around NK, that threat would be diminished.
Iran is typically on that list, too, but, atm, they're focusing on themselves and, who knows, there could be some kind of revolution going on in the next few months.
Mind you, our Gov't (UK) is currently pissed at Iran for it's latest comments: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/8109303.stm

I think you are right, sadly. And it is states like China that are actually a threat to the world, because they are so big and because they are not as far as we (the west) are in terms of overall development. Luckily countries like India, Brazil and the likes don't show any signs of being a threat, so it is just China, and so far, they haven't done anything.
Of course countries like Iran and North Korea are very annoying, but they probably realise themselves that they would simply be erased if they dared to use an atomic weapon or anything, so even their leaders are intelligent enough not to do it.
And of course the USA has to get its act together in terms of diplomacy, but they are definitely not the biggest threat to world stability.
