It's been available for 2 days and there's no thread about it, so here it is!
It's 400mb, features several scripted rounds (Ken vs Sakura, Cammy vs. Milf Viper, Chun-Li vs Gen (IIRC)) and one final screen with about 8 characters.
I have a Q8200 with a shitty 8600GT (256mb) and I got 60 FPS (vsync'ed) at 1680x1050 without AA or filtering; model detail, particles and soft shadows set to mid; no motion blur and the rest set to high. also, no "extra touch". the thing is I didn't notice any difference among the soft shadow options, particles and even with motion blur turned on I couldn't spot anything different... with model detail there's difference but the mid level is good enough IMO.
There's also a parallel rendering option that I bet it's for SLI/Crossfire but I'm not sure. it's just a matter of googling it anyway.

With so much content in, I wonder why they choose a benchmark and not a demo... would certainly help sales more than a benchmark (which will only separate those that can run it from those that cannot)
the words above were backed by NUCLEAR WEAPONS!
