I got it for less than 5 dollars new in the US!
also, when I got Noctorne, DDS, DDS2, and devil summoner I bought them all for 15 dollars each at my work. The guy selling them back hated them, and after I warned him that noctorne was worth something like 120 bucks on ebay, he still traded them in. thats my reccomendation > look around at used game stores, and you find tons of badass deals.
