I don't mind that that you can't move fast if you jump. I'm annoyed with if somebody gets hit, it's like they keep the same running animation, but move at half the speed.
Mix that in with dying fast and usually long round times.... bleh.

Well it's available now though the servers are too busy to decrypt the pre-load data... Ugh.

Stay as far away from this game as you can until the developers get the issues fixed and right now, it seems like the stress on their servers is what's killing the experience right now. Also even if you pre-loaded the game through Steam, expect a large update to download before you can play it.
-It can take multiple completions of a training mission before it'll actually be registered and next mission will be unlocked. Not only that, you can complete a training mission and it'll tell you that you failed it. I had to play the obstacle course and m16 training twice before they were finally recorded. Then even after two perfect tries, it still wouldn't record the weapons familiarity training.
-Joining a server is nearly impossible, you'll get a loading screen when you join a server, but then you're thrown back to the main menu without any kind of message.
-When you do join a server, it's so laggy and the gameplay is so choppy (despite graphical settings) that it's not even worth attempting (training missions excluded of course).
-Logging in can take forever.

You shouldn't have to worry about bunny hoppers because you can't jump anymore, but you can instead vault over obstacles.

Just wait until they improve their authentification servers.
They massively underestimated the volume they were bringing on to themselves by going on Steam as a free game.
@sqrl, I don't believe the army does anything with the public servers stats other than bragging about how many people play. Which when I used to play they had a lot of active accounts. I do know that they used to have a special version that had all sorts of vehicles that they used for real life simulations though, and we got 2 of the vehicles at one point.
It is kind of weird for a foreigner to read this. Are we getting now UK/France/german army's aswell so we can have international internet wars?
yeah right now it's unplayable, I finished the basic marksmanship training and the game hung up updating my profile... I will wait a while until I try again.

either way, I went and watched TV and came back and answered it no problem.
maybe it was AA2 then.
