1.) Cant create your own town from scratch like the other games...Which means you get 2 cities to start with, with preset roads, terrain and ECT..Most you can do is bulldoze 90% of the building...but are still stuck with the Raods and Road signs...This makes it REALLY hard to mold your own story. (IE say you wanna create a harry potter universe and Hogwarts or something...You cant, unless you want to split the castle up into 12 different pieces and have modern roads and not the distinctive design of the HP universe...and road signs.
2.) you pretty much have to pay up the ass for cool objects to place in your house+ the many future expansions that will add what should have been added in the originally release, just because EA is a money mongering bastard...Yet they dont realize they are losing customers on the lackluster release.
