They never compensated us when Live was down for 12 hours or less, but this was the last time I remember it being down for 24 hours or close to it... or more ? (I hope not). They compensated us back during the holidays when there was some really bad crap going on by giving us Carcassone and Undertow.

It's just that simple.

As much as I like to complain, MS has been really fair with their compensation. One day isn't a really big deal, though around 6pm when I had been working for roughly 8 hours straight, a little Netflix would have gone a long way.
