if i were in your shoes i would get it. i'd rather get it now and enjoy the plethora of games that are currently available. personally, the 50-100 bucks i might save isn't worth the 3 month delay of not being able to play the amazing games out there

Sony is in a serious financial problem, and only you can help. buy a ps3 today

but all jokes aside. sony is hurting for money, so i do not see a price drop anytime soon

Which is why PS3 retails for $399. A dollar makes all the difference.

I'm in exactly the same dilema. A PS3 is my birthday present to myself, problem is my birthday is in July. I was hoping for price drop by then but it aint happening. However I can't deny myself any longer, I'm buying that machine on my birthday come what may.

I am in the same boat as you. I have decided to wait about a week before uncharted 2 is released then purchase one. Hopefully the price drop will be in effect by then.

PS3 price drops are all rumours and FUD which is run by Microsoft PR in attempts to slow down the sales of PS3. If you want a PS3, buy one today. Price cut may not be here until next year.
