Yeah, but the inFamous numbers are worldwide. Ok, clearly they don't know what they're talking about |
Ahh I see...the superiority of infamous worldwide v the rest of the new exclusive ip on the PS3 in the US.

That would be LittleBigPlanet which sold 335,968 week one and would've sold closer to 500k with a proper launch.

Actually it sold 176 K or 179 K according to NPD its first 5 days in the U.S |
Oh, I didn't know the NPD numbers were in. OK, I take that back.

I just beat this game. WOW! What an ending to such an amazing fucking game. Haters: It's ok that you are filled with random hate but direct it someplace else. inFamous is epic and you should respect it no matter what console you own.
So that means that new I.P exclusive to the PS3 in general doesn't sell very fast? I say the PS3 userbase must not be open to new things... perhaps the PS3 userbase in general consist with a large proportion of people unwilling to buy anything but the brands they know?
Tease.
The game deserves all the sales it gets. It's a very good game. It was sold out in all the shops down here (Australia if you ain't know)...crazy.
And yes, it is also the fast selling PS3 game in the history of the PS3, that involves a character that goes around a sandbox and shoots lightning, that is bundled with a beta for Uncharted 2 multiplayer, and consists of moral choices. That is VERY impressive.
Anyone else want to get the clustering point even more detailed? Like adding that the game involves a lead character named Cole, and has you collecting shards the way you did agility orbs on the Crackdown?
By the way, you can see how Crackdown did here:

inFAMOUS is AWESOME, but hyping these sales figures is lame.
I say, PLAY MORE inFAMOUS, and spend less time hyping its sales numbers!
