Dragon Age: Origins for me.

Splinter Cell, Halo ODST and Bioshock 2, those are probably the only 360 games I'm buying for the rest of the year.

Hmm, I'll avoid listing multi-platform games as the majority of my friends have PS3's, not that there are many I'm likely buying (maybe Brutal Legend or L4D on PC):

2. Beatles: Rockband (have 360 set, apparently more compatible with GH/RB cross over)

yeah forgot bout Blazblue(i thought it will be released in 2010) - will this be a xbl title or normal game?

wait day 1 purchase? then there's only Forza 3, KOFXII, Bayonetta, Perfect Dark and Shadow Complex(i will wait for some reviews of Blazblue before i will get it). though i will wait for some reviews of King of Fighters XII and Bayonetta before i will get them.
