sounds a lot worse than the review for the first Assasssin's Creed which also got 7.5...and honestly I expect Prototype to perform just as bad or even worse than AC, at least AC had good graphics, good movement and...yeah that was it...mmm.

First of all, this wont perform anywhere close to assasins creed...that game sold a lot.

Ive played both and this game is NOTHING like assasins creed gameplay wise. While the visuals are not amazing in Prototype, they are on par with GTA4, which was a 10 a year ago.

Everyone that wants to make the call about this game needs to make it level 13 or 14...and witness the chaos that is presented as half the city is infected, the other half controlled by the army...and you not being able to fight back and can only run away. If at that point one still doesnt think the game is good...then prototype is not a game for you.

Gonna get my copy soon, watch out for my review, though after playing inFamous be warned, the bar is raised pretty frickin high.

I'm lovin inFAMOUS right now, and have had little to no interest in buying prototype until this review and now I'm going to buy it.
Come to think of it, I'd better pick up Saints Row 2 at the same time...

for me still Prototype looks better and more interesting than Infamous in those kind of games i care more bout fun factor(that's why i like Dead Rising and Crackdown the most out of all sandbox games this gen).

I have not played it, so I cannot comment. But I do agree about the graphics, this game is definitely lacking polish and they are overall underwhelming.

However, both IGN and IGN UK gave Heavenly Sword a 7.0/10 and I would give it an 8.5 easy. The only knock was the length, which was 6-7 hours.

IGN AU gave the game a 8.5. They praised quite a lot of it.

8.0 Presentation So many options in so many areas. Pity there’s no restart mission option on the pause menu.

8.5 Graphics Decent art design throughout but the standout is definitely the memory flashbacks.

8.5 Sound A rousing score paired with decent voice acting.

8.5 Gameplay Controls can be unwieldy, but once you have them down, both movement and combat are a blast.

8.0 Lasting Appeal It’s not all that long, but there are heaps of side missions, orbs to find and upgrades to purchase.

8.5 OVERALL (out of 10 / not an average)

I think the AU review is much more spot on than the US...in the US one he seems to be complaining like an old man with diminishing testosterone levels.
