No. By the power of the internet, it's spreading throughout the english language and beyond. I've seen middle-aged secretaries use it. They love MSN, you know.

Alas no. I use the phrase from time to time but I really REALLY hate it when people put it at the end of every single sentence even when the subject-matter isn't even funny.
