Verdict - an excellent game. Even when compared to inFamous and Red Faction Guerilla, two other high profile sandbox games that came out very recently. I will be looking out for more reviews as this should start the waterfall.

But the truth is that even talking about these issues feels like nitpicking because I can't wait to go play some more. I suspect that some people will find their enthusiasm drained more than mine by the shallow enemy gene pool, but even they're bound to get swept away by the myriad pleasures of tearing up town as a ghoulish and preternaturally fleet-footed shape-shifter.

PROS: Incredible sense of power and possibility; beautiful and moody; tons of stuff to do; satisfying story.

Well that's good news. I don't know if the lack of reviews will affect sales (at least for the first week)?

The release was very very badly timed.

So near two other big sandbox games and after E3 weekend where reviewers arent reviewing.

I don't really like Gamepro. They thought inFamous's story was terrible yet said that Prototype's story was good. The sites that I liked loved inFamous's story. Major coincidence?

At least they gave inFamous the same score - 9. Story is subjective.
