killzone 2 is generic to those that are too ignorant to understand its controls

Ouch, a little testy there aren't we? I got the controls just fine and even finished the game. It a complete run of the mill shooter and nothing much else. Gameplay wise it doesn't do anything fantastic or even especially good but for the most part it's gameplay holds up well so the game isn't at least bad (I believe I gave it around an 8.2-8.3).
The only daring thing in the game other than the (great) graphics was the cover and even that really wasn't that good.

Playing half a game isnt a great way to judge something

You guys realize that not everyone likes the same game, right? I've played the campaign, and the multiplayer and I just don't care much for it. I prefer Resistance 2 (the co-op; for a while there, I had an insanely high ranking).
I'll buy it, but they have to include the amazing co-op with improvements. I would love for them to bring back the weapon wheel, old heath bar, etc that made the first game stand out more. I would like to see Nathan Hale return, but make him an interesting character! Honestly in R2, it's like he has no emotions other than slightly pissed off. Make him into a character that I can actually connect with in some way, make him interesting! The story is good, if they tell it right (I prefer the method from the first game).
So, I will buy R3, but there's definitely a lot of room for improvement over R2.
