Would you get this game if you had to pay for online play?  I'm kinda in between because unless they have an option of buying an hour of online play or have the time I haven't played for this month roll over to the next, I probably will pass on it.  Hey, WKC online play is free (I think that's what I've heard).

Never played an MMORPG. I will play DC Universe Online, but FF14 won't get my money. I never even considered FF 11.

   I've been playing P2P MMORPGs before, I will in future. If FFXIV happens to be the MMO game I'd want to play then I'll have no problems paying each month.

   I dont play MMORPGs that lack PVP though, so chances are I wont be playing XIV. But who knows, I've heard a lot of good things about FFXI from my friends.

no FF XI sucked so much, judt get Lineage 2 or Aion

^ AION is not out in the West. And you need to be crazy to get into Lineage 2 now.

I will probably give it a try. I have a love/hate relationship with FFXI so I am more than willing to give this one a try.

I'll gladly pay. I payed for FFXI for 4 or 5 years and i loved it. I have been waiting god knows how long.
