I think natal will be awesome in games like halo wars and command and conquer.  If we can get Blizzard to do Starcraft, that would be awesome too! 

Can you imagine halo wars coop with 2 people doing motion control....one person can be the janitor and the other can do combat! Its also voice control too...so you can basically do combat and one area of the map and call units from other areas of the map to come to your rescue or join in on the massacre of your opponent!

How did the voice command in the Tom Clancy RTS go?
I honestly prefer PC's for my RTS... (although the only ones I played were M:TW and R:TW... I fucking flushed down days worth of hours into those 2)

It could definitely be done. Easily. You would still need to have some indication of where your hands are on screen though, perhaps little icons. You would need this because it might be difficult to understand where your hands are relative to screen coordinates.

Also, the voice recognition in EndWar was pretty darn good. I was in the beta. Just turned out that the game wasn't very fun to me.

Yea good luck convincing Blizzard. Any RTS that isn't a Blizzard game usually is BS. Only game I can remember that I enjoyed that was RTS that wasn't a Blizzard game was the first Empire Earth. Keep convincing yourself that NATAL is the end all be all for everything. Like someone said before keyboard + mouse = real RTS game.

So you have played like 4 RTS games?  A real RTS fan there.  No Ensemble, Westwood, etc?

I played the first C&C and Red Alert before EA bought out Westwood and turned it into shit. I have an EA boycott so no thanks on returning to that series. Westwood used to rival Blizzard but since EA took over I don't even think it is close...

I don't think that a console will ever produce an RTS as good as the PC does. To be honest I think Sony's motion controllers will do a better job at playing an RTS game. As we have seen from Tom Clancy's Total War, voice control isn't everything.
