Lost Planet 1 is on the PS3. Why would anyone think the 2nd would not be? It might have been timed, but never completely exclusive. And that MGS game was never announced so how could they have stolen it?

Pretty much what I was going to say.
Although I think for the PS3-only owners, the fact LP2 is simultaneous in release may restore their faith in the PS3 version of LP2 not being total crap.
