I hope they bring back the screamer, this special infected that was in a straight jacket, if he spotted you, you had 5 seconds to shoot him before he ran off screaming to alert the hoards.

what game are you talking about? There is no special infected in Left4Dead called the screamer.

They talk about him in the commentary. As noted, he's in a strait jacket and when he spots the survivors, he'll run away and give a loud scream which attracts the horde to your area.

If I recall, he was removed because he would be hard to spot so it would be difficult for the survivors to stop him from attracting more zombies to the area.
