Mega Man 9 is the only Mega Man game that came out on the Xbox Live Arcade service, and even in that game Capcom made sure to give players the choice to have slowdowns or not. It's called emulating the NES hardware.

Well mr know it all , I know for a fact I played Mega Man 2 on the 360 .
