From watching Sony's Conference, I got the impression it is a PSN game.

Press release says PS3, you could easily get the impression that LBP is a PSN game as well.

I also got the impression that "Mod Nation Racers" (which I think is a stupid name) was a PSN game , LBP is infinitley customisable but it doesn't look like this game has alot to offer beyond a track/mountain and river paintbrush.

Agree
1) 4 player split screen

2) Release it for $40

3) Make it compatible with the waggle and G25

4) Include known Sony characters on the game and as DLC


5) Online racing, including 4 player split screen online

6) Custom Soundtrack and great catchy soundtrack on the game

7) Diverse camera angles for driving


.....?) Profit

That would be fun. Just not as DLC.

Though it would make it even more like Mario Kart lol

Well, the racing does look very similar to Mario Kart, but that makes me want it more. It looks interesting, but I'm not sure yet. I'm definitely interested though, so I'll be keeping an eye on this one.

but ps3 actually supports 7 controllers :p so they could have 7 player co-op.. or atleast 6

yeah split screen is a must for this game, though i do think it will cost 60$ but most likely get cheap after a few months like lbp did.
