Forums - Microsoft - guess they stopped 'bringing it home'

I don't even see any bringing it home on Live at all so may be they scrap that idea. Too bad but may be they are afraid of crappy demo might bring down the hype machine.

XBL is great service, but they certainly could do more to make fans happy. Those crappy sale are the worst ... I mean really Forza 2 DLC for 30 percent off...I could buy Forza 2 Platinum and get all the DLC plus the game for around $10-15 used. For E3 they should really go all out with reall cool Premium E3 theme of say Forza3 and whatever else they showcase. New cool E3 inspired costume for avatar.

Well Notwen say he's taking all kind of comments to make Live better you and I need to start those letter writing complain (ur I mean campaign!).

What happened to the awesome "bringing it home" stuff they used to do.

Anyone remember, you could download the whole presentation. On top of that they released several, maybe 5 or 6 really kick ass game demos you could play at home. They would release some arcade game or special content and tell you during the press conference "you can now go download it on live" like Sony did with FF7.

What have we gotten like that?? As of this morning still just some segmented crappy videos, a FEW trailers... I wanted to see the entire play through of Splinter Cell and instead it was a butchered video that lasted about 1 minute.

On top of that, NO real good demos. I'm at work so forgive me if they gave us some awesome stuff today, but as of me leaving this morning I had seen nothing. A demo of Guitar Hero Smash Hits that came out technically before e3 even happened.

These games are probably playable on the show floor, ODST, Alan Wake, Splinter Cell, Modern Warfare 2, why can't we try them? Would it hurt to show some love Microsoft.

Bringing it Home was my favorite part of e3 in the last few years because I can't attend. Now its gone and we get crappy little segments from Major Nelson and some Themes we can PAY for. Thanks!

Sony's E3 is steaming live in HOME and I expect the entire presentation is being edited at the moment and will be on the PSN tomorrow or Thursday.

No matter what a 2 hour presentation like Sony's will be like a 5+GB file. It will take a long time for them to upload the entire thing due to regular PS Store traffic let alone make new E3 2009 icons for the PS Store.
