Yeah, all the races for FFXI have been confirmed for FFXIV. But that name that was used in the trailer is speculation for the worlds name.

Even though I don't care for this (tried FF Online with the PS2 HDD and a copy for the PC) I find it hard to imagine they won't put this on the 360 eventually considering It's already on the 360 and has some subscribers on that console.

Where did you get the fact that it is free to play? I highly doubt it cuz its subscription based. Also just getting back to some posts I saw, to play FFXI you don't need to have Xbox Live Gold which means you don't have to pay for Live  to play FFXI and most likely it'll be the same for FFXIV

Ok, I retract what I said, I finally saw the article claiming it will be free to play. That means 2 possible outcomes which will be s hitty either way

1-They're going to bring out expansions every 6 months which will cost a good $30 bucks at least
2-you will have to pay for iluxury itmes which means the population willing to pay for stuff will be excessively over powered over non-paying customers

Arent you trying too hard to pretend this game is gonna suck? Now lets just wait for more info before saying this game is gonna suck based solely on FF11(which didnt suck anyway), and simply let ps3 fans be happy because we will get a main ff on our console.

Anyway, why would you even care if u are not gonna play it, Im not making threads against wii sports resort even if I dont like it cuz I wont play it anyway.

honestly i FF XI was mediorcre at best, $12.95 every month is not worth it. Pay $15 for a good mmo like WoW or Lineage 2, or even Guild Wars.
