- Lost Planet 2 on PS3 I could have swore we already knew this

- Exclsuive Rockstar title. There was no footage, but Rockstar don't make trash (The Agent) I consider this one a con since they only showed us the title and *NOTHING* else.  Lame.  Sauce.

- The Last Guardian, exclsuive. Was the leaked 'trico' video only with a bit more polish and a litte extended If this wasn't at the end of the show or if we hadn't seen it before this would be megaton awesome, but since it was at the end of the show and we had seen it (albeit less polished) it was just meh.  Don't get me wrong, I like it, but the show was already long.

- FF14 exclusive on PS3 and coming out in 2010 OMG it's on PC too!! Not an exclusive!!  Just kidding, I'm actually excited for this one if it's like FFXI.

- How cool was AC2? Did you see the double bladed attack to the face of two enemies. This one was annoying because it came right around when Agent was announced and they really hadn't shown us any gameplay.  I watch E3 to see new things, not gameplay for Assassin's Creed II.  I put this one in the cons actually because it was just in a bad spot.

- MAG looked pretty cool. Needed more action but looked tactical and seems to have alot of potential I'm still not convinced by this one.  It looks better than last time I saw it but the guy was also just standing there most of the time.

- The motion control part was funny, and actually very responsive. It wont touch NATAL (if its ever released and works) but it has alot of potential by the looks of things and was very accurate and responsive. God of War 3 for example could work wonders with it If Nintendo wasn't already doing this and releasing it very soon AND if they showed us actual games rather than two guys failing at their own tech demos AND this was two years ago, it would be exciting.

CONS

- delayed start They kind of had to because of the Nintendo keynote.

- PS2? Meh, I know it was only 5 minutes but its 9 years old. I actually thought it was funny that they mentioned the PS2 beat out next gen consoles but didn't mention it was the PS3 that it beat.

- Video montages, more montages and more montages. Agreed -- worst part of the show.  The show was too damn long and these just weren't welcome.

- PSP Go is too expensive Meh, what do you expect them to do?

- Motion controls were funny, for the wrong reasons. See my above statement why I agree

- No Mass Effect 2 Was this confirmed as multiplatform?  I don't really see this as a con since it wasn's something that was actually expected either way.

The main bad point for me was The price of the PSP Go. $250 is way too expensive.

2008 was year of the ps3 according to most media.

 

2009 looks to be the same.. atleast from experience so far and guess what.. 2010 also seems to be pretty much covered. Good stuff.

 

I think sony won this no sweat. Their motion controller worked on it's stage presentation unlike microsofts. It seems more responsive and active to the 3e enviroment than the wii.. and we mustn't forget the camera in it, meaning that it can scan you and throw you ingame (if needed)..

 

And it has buttons as they cleverly remarked.

Not only that but there was so much awesome in that conference and i really liked their laid back style. If you look at nintendos it was much more "buisness" and "detached" from the audience, jack just seemed laid back and they even brought their engineers who know about what they've been working on on stage, instead of some pr person. You really gotta respect that.. Awesome stuff.
