From the trailer it looks to be new maps, new characters, new weapons, etc.. so more of a content pack than anything else. Hopefully there will be more to come.

depends on how much more content it has over the first. The very fact that it releases so soon after the first and is.. as you said "more of a content pack" is not something i like a whole lot :\ cause it'll retail for full price.
