In a first note I don't intend to bash either Sony fans or 360 fans or die hard Crysis fans, whatever. Lets just talk about graphics in Alan Wake and Uncharted and Crysis.

Yesterday at Microsoft's conference I just fainted starring at what my eyes were witnessing. I never thought that it could appear in the 360 a better looking game than Uncharted 2, In My Honest Opinion, just mine, Alan Wake is superior to uncharted graphics wise.

And that was the console build, which was said to run in 720p and less detail than the PC Build.

I wonder: can Alan Wake PC version surpass Crysis????

We will find out today.

I'm absolutely looking forward to Alan Wake, and it's definitely one of my most anticipated games these days.

With that said, I wouldn't say it is visually more impressive than either Uncharted 2 or Crysis.
It has an excellent art style, but as far the technicality of the visuals, I don't see its superiority.

no today is Sony's conference and uncharted 2 will be shown

well, just checking the scale is sufficient :

big 3D world, a lot of interactivity (tree/house), lot of stuff on screen (soldier+vehicule)

VS

little 3D world, less interactivity, less stuff on screen (5 zombie ...)

The only win possible for AW is about the light effect ...

In all honesty i still expect that Uncharted 2 will look better than Alan Wake, but they are two very different games so pretty difficult to compare... They both will look fantastic, end of

Alan Wake looked medicore in the graphic department.

Comparing it to Uncharted 2 is blasphemy!
