The game was not shown at Ubisoft's conference,neither was it shown at MS's conference.It is one of the biggest franchises this gen and the fisrt game sold a combined of nearly 8m copies on both 360 and the PS3.It is releasing this fall and not showing a franchise that big at the biggest gaming event of the year would be stupid.

Also the place where E3 is being held has posters of the second game but didn't show either of the PS3 or 360 logo's on it

So cud it be that it is a PS3 exclusive cause there is only one conference remaining where ubisoft cud announce the game and also the first game was exclusive to the PS3 till the last moment so it cud be.
