Yeah, M$ doesn't even care. They said that all the following games were 360 exclusive and then showed L4D2. LOL.

It's not exclusive if it's on PC. |
Damn are you still singing that same old tune, change the record! this is 360 exculsive.
They dident say "only on" X360 and PC. It could still be one of Sonys big surprises tomorrow. Mass Effect on PS3!

If EA had left the matter ambiguous, I would think you were on to something but since they already said 360/PC exclusive, I don't think Sony has much chance.

shio has stated the 360 is now an inferior PC, so thus, anyone who is a 360 fan now is a PC gamer.

I'm pretty sure for MS to the game as an exclusive, they need to pay a boat laod of money to EA. I'm sure it all makes perfect business sense when everything is put into place. |
M$ probably had this baby locked up for exclusivity before EA bought Bioware. Just because EA bought them, doesn't mean they are allowed to renig on the contract they had with Bioware. So they probably never payed anything to EA.

Because it is a trilogy, and the first game is on the 360. To do a second game doesn't make a lot of sense, and it doesn't make financial sense to port the original to the PS3. What would make sense is when Mass Effect 3 is announced, the PS3 gets the trilogy. What you have in Mass Effect 2, is the ability to use the original Mass Effect saves. They are connected.
Metal Gear Solid Rising is a new game, that starts a new story arch with Raiden, and doesn't have Solid Snake.

That makes sense. Regardless, MS had to pay for exclusivity and so it does make sense from a business standpoint. Bioware/EA are payed to keep the game solely on xbox while MS can boast of their console having games the other consoles don't have.

C'mon are your trying to say that anybody who wants to play MassEffect 2 has to play the original also?
Like the game won't work without the Mass Effect 1 saves?

No one would have to have played ME1 before hand, but I can't see why anyone wouldn't want to if they want to play ME2. It would be like wanting to skip A New Hope and start with Empire Strikes Back.
