My friend have a PS3 and I can rent the game whatever I want. But, after all the hype, it's still that great? Please, tell me what you guys feel about LBP.

Id tell you what I think of Lil Big Panet but I fear the Sony fans will tear me a new A hole so Ill quietly leave
If you're going to play it multiplayer, then yes, try it -- there's a pretty good chance you'll love it. Play some of the game's original levels, then go online and explore all the crazy games out there. People have made amazing things, from remakes of old games like Lunar Lander where you pilot around a rocket-powered spaceship (it's hilarious in multiplayer) to really unique story driven games, to sick and twisted obstacle courses.
The best thing is just jumping into a highly rated level at random and going exploring with a friend or two -- you never know whether you're going to be playing a shooter, a platformer, a puzzle game, or something unusual and strange. LBP is an amazing game... and if you end up not liking the levels you play, you have two choices: try another level hoping for something different, or return the game... no big loss. Definitely worth a try.
I dont like it but it is a VERY well liked game and due to that its at least worth renting. It was worth the $20 I paid for it I guess.
Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.
Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.

Yes, it is. I don't generally like platformer games, but LBP won me over with its charm and design. Hopefully your PS3 is hooked up to broadband, so you can download user-made levels fans have created for the game.
It's not bad but it isn't really anything amazing either, no harm in renting it though.
It's a decent at best platformer with a console level editor. Playing with friends is fun but trying to find fun user made levels is like looking for a needle in a haystack.
Platforming is quite good. I keep one copy at home for cases of family visits, great game to play with younger kids (those too young for SC IV :D )
