Microsoft pretty much isn't going to win no matter what, even with FF13 last year they weren't the clear cut winners, so unless they can somehow top that, then they won't win. I can't see any unannounced exclusive waiting in the wings that could even come close to matching the caliber of FF13 last year, so I guess Microsoft is out of luck.

Nintendo has by far the most to prove.

There is no question that Microsoft annihilated the others at the last E3!!!

As for this one?  Sony have blown an AWFUL lot of their 2009 wad.  There is more of a chance Microsoft have great exclusives left to reveal than Sony does.

If Sony unveils both the PS3 Slim and the PSP Go, alongside a price drop for the Slim, they take it, most likely without question. If they fail to do that, the software announcements Nintendo has in store will sweep it. I'm not expecting much from Microsoft, but they could always wind up surprising everyone.

If Nintendo has Zelda..It will tough to take the attention away from them....Sony has a lot of Games that we know about so people will pleased to get released dates and such....They at least need two new games to run away with the HD fight at E3..Trico might do it....

MS...They have been so quite I can't help but be Hyped!

As to who will win..I think Zelda would take it if that's what's coming...
Sony is in a Dire spot since a lot of their games are well know....Though a few surprises from them can give them the Edge...a New PSP will only excite the Handheld market and a Slim will only boost their hardware sales.....I cannot Imagine what Sony is going to scrap from the Ps3 build to make the slim.....I don't understand how thay can and why it would not affect game development...With the Ps1 and Ps2 it was easy....The Ps2 had almost no online support so the ps2 slim was a hit...with the PS3 I don't get how they would do it....
MS has the chance to take it because they could very well have megatons to show
I want MS to win......But a Zelda game would own!

Its impossible to say today who will win because there are so many unknowns.. the anticipation is part of the fun so lets just wait another week :)

Everyone needs to listen to people like Zenfolder. You don't win E3 by showing more of something we already know about.

I'd love to see tonnes of Mass Effect 2 and Halo ODST, but as we always have a tonne of info on them, it wouldn't win E3 for MS.

Nintendo Will Win why ? I'll tell you :

Nintendo Wii Motion+ & the DSi related software will be huge and of course whenever the Tri-force is in then the Tri-umph is indeniable.

I hope that ZELDA will be in and these two games that I really want to see more info about them besides Zelda are :

DIABLO III & Kid Icarus.
