I think it would be better to combine it with a controller for certain games. For a shooting game it would be nice to hold a gun it your hand and also another controller to move your player around like the Wii nunchuck.

I think it's becoming way too ridiculous frankly.
I'm not even an outdoors person, let alone a sports person, but when it comes to running around and kicking a ball I want to do just that, not running in one spot and kicking the air. Online.
Well, quite a few are probably going to enjoy it so more power to them. I'll keep the option for more precision and less flailing.
For the camera, im thinking the killer application is in education software, and other games which require interaction without tactile feedback.
Tease.
I wonder why they´re releasing this thing in the 360´s 4th year in the market....that Malstrom guy says it´s, contrary to what people think, aimed at Sony and their Eye Toy and not at the Wii.
He explains the reason the Xbox brand was created (people here must know why by now), and how Nintendo never posed any threat to MS...he implies he´d be surprised if MS actually goes after Nintendo in full force.
I wonder if he´s right about that...what do you guys think?
| reask said: if this is announced at E3 it will be another coup for 360 imo. |
That's what I'm hoping for too. That this is the E3 megaton for MS.
I think Wii's pie is as tasty as Playstation's pie and MS wouldn't mind either for that matter.
I'm skeptical, unless they can combine this with some kind of button controller. For most games you need buttons...
And it would have to be more accurate than the wii-controller for me to use it. From what I saw in that video when they use it on a racer, it's just too inaccurate and slow responding.
