Forums - Microsoft - My 360 finally kicked the bucket T_T

Call them and tell them you want to cancel your Xbox Live subscription. Tell them it's because your console died. Xbox Live is free money to them, and they'll move heaven and earth to keep from losing that investment. I broke my last 360 myself (opened it up. Instant RRoD), and when I told them to cancel my subscription, the lady on the phone told me to send it in anyway. I even told her that I broke it because it wouldn't read my discs. She still set me up for repair. I bought a new 2008 Jasper model, anyway. I needed the peace of mind.

What everyone is saying here is worth a shot. I live in the caribbean so I had no chance whatsoever.

How many hours a week do you play xbox, im just trying to get an idea how much peple play that are getting multiple console failures

would not hurt if you call them because it may still be under warranty and pray that your next refurb should last longer than your previous 3.

My own died too about week ago and it was even Falcon .... Otherwise X360 is great console but the realibility is probably the worst that I have ever seen in electronics.
