This is the website that was earlier just showing the grassy field on a cloudy day.

Now there is a clock counting down that has 66 hours to go and there is thunder and lightning.

Every time it thunders you can vaguely see a large 5 in the background.

I think this has to be MGS5 but the main character will be Raiden. Plus Raiden means lightning in japanese doesn't it?

Raiden (雷電) is Japanese for "thunder and lightning";

 Well there we go. They updated it by adding thunder and lightning and the 5 in the background.
