Call your ISP and report the slow connection. There are tests they can do on their end to see if the physical connection is the problem, and/or they can tell you your bandwidth is being throttled.
They dont throtle bandwith over here, ive talked to them and they dont have a clue.
I want to know the ports ofwindows ant the ports used when yo direkt download when i use direkdownload i get full speed but not when i use anything else.
So i though i would reprogram my dl programs to use those ports but i need to know withch they are.
