Can't you just use your imagination for fapping? I think it's harder imagine playing a game, than seeing people stick things in places, release things, lick things, whip things, tie up things, call things dirty names, bite off things, eat things, regurgitate things into another thing's mouth, lather regurgitated things all over chest, tie thing's neck to cut off blood supply and make things feel 10X better, etc.
