Alot of rumors are going around the internet about the E3.There is all kind of stuff happening.But can anything be bigger than Apple shoing at this year's E3 touting their own console for a launch not this year but in a 2 years time and also with the aquisition of EA?

I am not asking you if this could happen or not but if it did,how big would it be?

EA would have to continue making multiplatform games such as FIFA, Harry Potter and Madden, or probably give up the licenses. (if that is the case)

EA would also likely continue to make typical pc games such as:
The Sims, Spore, Command & Conquer, SimCity, Black and White

So unless Apple would want to keep games iConsole/pc exclusive that would leave these franchises exclusive for the iConsole:
Need for Speed, Burnout, Battlefield, Medal of Honor, Mass Effect, Skate, Rock Band, Mirror's Edge, Dead Space, Dante's Inferno, Wii stuff, ....?


EA must have a massive amount of developers that port every game to all platforms. All these people would have to get doing something else if their franchises go exclusive.

Also Crytek and Valve may go looking for a different publisher

Oh wait Apple doesn't like pc.

They'll make Mac's a gaming platform

and put a ton of games on Ipod/Iphone

Apple is not registered as an E3 exhibitor. They always do their own thing anyway.
