Why would Microsoft be worried anyway? They aren't even in that type of market and they already have the Zune.

I don't think its such a wise idea, I would say that with improvements in Phone/battery technology that having a phone would be a smarter move. Eventually a lot of handheld gaming will be done on Iphone like cellphones.

Seriously though, that would be something. I don't think nintendo and apple have to worry though. Sony still has it's hands full with the psp at the moment.. You know, it's psp basically relaunches this year. So they might worry a little. But I see very little gain in it for M$.
