- Open with Halo 3 ODST gameplay. Announce a September release.

- Sales data. 31 million shipment figure and approximately 20 million LIVE members.

- 3rd party showcasing: Bioshock 2, Assassins Creed 2, Lost Planet 2, Dead Rising 2, Modern Warfare 2.

Very real possibility of announcing 360/PC or 360 exclusive DLC for any of the above games.

- Second GTA4 exclusive DLC briefly detailed and shown. November release date.

- Xbox Live Arcade. New exclusives announced. Perfect Dark headlines with LIVE multiplayer and refines controls/graphics.

- Casual time: 360 motion accessory announced, to be bundled with Your in the Movies 2. Scene It 3 and Lips 2 also announced.

- Exclusives and console exclusives: ABP, Splinter Cell Conviction, Alan Wake, Forza 3,  Mass Effect 2.

- Possible exclusive announcement from Rare and Lionhead studios

- Guess of end of show MEGATON: MGS4 360 with bonus content and/or FFV13 going to 360.  

I saw this at kotaku:

I'm not sure what they are preparing, but whatever it is, they are being dead silent on it.  You haven't heard a peep from them really.  Very intriguing...

I'm crossing my fingers for you X-Box owners to get MGS4 as much as you guys want PS3 owners to get Mass Effect right?

I'm sure MGS4 will be announced but MS wouldn't end the conference with a year old port, I'd expect it at the beginning. Wouldn't really be a megaton at this point either. And I don't see FFVS13 happening ever, if so, certainly not at E3. Aside from that I agree with all your predictions. Maybe a slim model too.

I wonder...is this even that big of a deal, outside of message boards?  I mean I'm sure there is a hardcore following that would pick this up on the 360, but is this really E3-worthy news?  I'm just not sure (but I'm admittedly not a fan of the series, so very well could be wrong).

I know you're being facetious, but I really would be happy if Mass Effect gets ported to the PS3.  ME is a great game, and it deserves to be played.

It actually will win a psychological war against PS3. MGS4 is seen as the defining exclusive on PS3. With a 360 version, MS will effectively:

- destroyed the notion that PS3 exclusives cant be done on xbox 360

- took away the defining PS3 games exclusivity (can no longer define as it is now multiplat)

- show the world another reason why Sony has lost its domination and influence over last generation

Even though only the forums will go nuts, the ramifications of a 360 MGS4 go far beyond forum ownage. It will downright destroy the PS3 image.....or at least lessen it.

I wouldn't have thought so, outside of the internet I don't think it will be that big a deal to be honest. Most MGS fans just bought a PS3 for it already but I'm sure there's a number of 360 fans who will appreciate it.

But you forget, by the time the MGS4 port is out, God of War 3 and GT 5 will be out. Those are the PS3's real defining games, moreso than MGS4 anyway. It may lessen the PS3's image but probably not as much as you think.

OT: I'm going to predict Crackdown 2 for E3 also.
