^ in the goron village there is an iceberg thing blocking a pathway in the mountain wall, once u get in there you'll be able to get the powder keg. Then u basically run toward the farm with it in hand.
Majora's Mask is such a beautiful game that I'm not even interested in ever attempting such a thing. Majora's Mask has to be savored whether you've been through it several times or not!
Still, I don't see how it could be done without exploiting some glitches.
