Biologically, men have made us the dominant species on earth. Since that was your criteria, I'll have to give it to the guys. Even bacteria can't stop us now (thanks to the person who discovered them...a man).

we cant possibly know if the world would be better or worse, the only way to find out would be for you to purposley vote for a female president/prime minister and see if they made things better (of course, in the UK we had thatcher, imo she was worse than Blair or Brown, so you see my point, gender alone dosent make you better at running a country imo)

also, at the OP, really, you need to define "stronger" and "smarter" as both are fairly ambiguos terms, you can have emotional and physical strength and you need to define smarter, do you mean in terms of acedemic acheivment, IQ or career succsess?

Women. They can have babies. Once they freeze enough sperm, the men will be annihilated. Also, most of their butts aren't as hairy, which means they have evolved more than men.

Typically as in within the modern western context yes.  But the Ancient Greeks for example thought men were the epitome of beauty. So you can find exceptions. And I think thats the point, some people are exceptional, most are not. Gender really has little to do with it.
