I know for a fact I will see Doghouse and Ninja. A lot of the other movies look spectacular as well. I don't know how you found them but you are amazing for it!

Thanks! It's so easy for the smaller movies to slip by unnoticed, especially in blockbuster season. I like the big movies(saw Angels & Demons today and wished I hadn't) but it's rare that they give you anything to think about once you get outside the theatre.

My interest in ANTICHRIST has only intensified after it was jeered & laughed at during a screening at Cannes. Apparently the critics were horrified at the graphic sex/mutilation & talking fox...lol
It's a horror film! I don't recall cannes having many(any?) horror films in it's main competition section.
If the critics hate it, it might actually be a hit.

i'm sold just cause of the music the guy is listening! and that quote:

500 Days of Summer looks pretty funny. I can't stand Zooey Deschanel but Joseph Gordon Levitt is the most underrated/underused actor of his generation(just my opinion!).
Favourite line from that trailer: "They used to call me anal girl" :)

They probably kept the colour pallete reduced to decrease cost.
He probably should have done a few hollywood films, they were literally begging him to direct a few films for them. If he'd done a few that were successfull then he would have been able to make anything he wanted with far greater industry support. He was an idiot to spurn them.
