Went out shopping with my brother for a Wii so we hit several stores in the area (10/6/07)

 TRU - all out of 360 (and wii).  This was the same store that have tons of Halo 360 and Premium.  Only system they have for sale was the PS3 (both 60GB and 80GB)

 Best Buy - 1 Halo 360 left.   No Premium nor any Elite left.  (No wii)

 Best Buy (2nd store we visit) - this store is much bigger.  I think they have like 30 or so Halo 360 stack up in a pile.  No Elite or Premium left. 

 Best Buy (3rd store we visit because we have yet to find a Wii) - a medium size Best Buy.  One Premium.  (and again no Wii).

 Target - 1 Halo 360 , no Premium nor Elite left.

 Target (2nd store we visit) - 1 Premium 360, no Halo nor Elite.  And to my poor brother dismay, no Wii.

 So Wii are still sold out but 360 sure sell really well after Halo 3 released.  Again, I don't see any supply problem, unless you are specificly looking for Elite.  That is one model I did not see in any of the stores.

EB is the only store near me that even goes close to selling out of 360's
last check there they had them in stock (im assuminga few)

any other stores near me always have a plentiful supply of 360's

then again i live in australia, and yea, only a couple of thousand consoles get sold a week
