The XNA and the Zune Marketplace is probably going to be getting a massive overhaul for the launch of this thing.  Hell, they may even integrate with XBLA.

If it comes with an HD Camera, it's a no brainer. It would be better than a Flip Ultra HD.

The ability to record HD Radio content would be awesome also.

32GB max??? If that's real I will be deeply disappointed my music alone would fill the HD almost completely.

No, you can listen to the radio and it shows the name of the song and the artist.  You can press a button that will notify the Zune software to download the song the next time you sync with your computer.  If you have a Zune Pass it will do it without asking about paying.
