It's not homosexuality that freaks me out nor am I a self-hating gay. It's the culture that some homosexuals have around this area. When I first graduated from High School, I went to a couple of gay bars and clubs and it just wasn't my scene. The majority of gay guys around this area are focused on 3 things casual sex, drugs, and lying. That's the homophobia I have because there's a lot of (or lack of) trust that I have for most of the gay guys in this area.

I have more personal reasons too but I would rather not post about them in here. Nothing perverted or anything, just more of a personal set of issues I've had in the past.

There seems to be a lot of that in the gay community. Back when I use to go out a lot, I kept away from the guys who were known to sleep with anyone and I eventually found myself around guys who weren't interested in casual sex. So I was enjoying the bar/club scene a lot more.

Eh? O_o I am bi... I just so happened to find love with a man but it could have been a woman too since I like women as well. What's so hard to understand?

I don't know if Ninlenbox was serious about that but I always found it weird that some gay people tend to think less of bi people. I don't know if it's a "you're with us or with them" mentality but I find it odd to strive for acceptance for who we are while turning down someone because they're not completely gay.

Some gay people think all bi people are gay people pretending to be "half-straight" so they don't have to come out of the closet, so they're offended.

And then of course there are all the girls who pretend to be bi for any straight males around watching (like in the pic posted above), and they just ruin it for everybody and make more people think bisexuality is fake.

I was in a LGBTQ American history class, and when we studied these phenomenons, one gay guy got so pissed at the professor he dropped the class.  He thought all bisexuals were just afraid to come out to their families and join the movement.

Luckily none of my gay friends hate any of my bi friends.  It doesn't seem to come up too often.  I think that assuming there are only exactly 2 legitimate sexualities is just as crazy as assuming there is only exactly 1 legitimate sexuality.
