I really could care less what they do,lol. I just don't see the point in someone parading thier sexuality, even if people weren't accepting of it awhile ago. I mean I don't go around saying "I'm a heterosexual who likes Big Chested Women and I'm proud of it!", lmao.

Anyway I see their parades as a way to show other gay people that they do exist and that it is ok to be gay. You don’t need that for the hetroes because that is the majority anyway and it has never been wrong to be hetro but it was wrong to be gay in the old days and still is in parts of the world.

The only parts of the world were there not too friendly to homosexuals is in muslim countries (from what I know) I think the rest of the world is fine with it and doesn't really care either way. Also I thought "Will and Grace" was suppose to show that other gay people do exist and that it's ok :P j/k

While I don't agree with the way Pride is conducted (just makes us out to be sleezy whores) there is a difference and you should know it. Like ROma said you don't need to tell the world you're straight because the world accepts you.
"some" gay people feel the need to let people know, the anti gay people that is. TO let them know we won't hide away like they would like us to. We're here and queer ring any bells.
