In fairness, Song of Ice and Fire is much, much, much better than Wheel of Time.

This game could be good. I am going to be cautiously optimistic.

I've been reading it since like 2001 or 2002.....it's been like two years since feast for crows..maybe more!

Yes. I consider Wheel of Time a pretty good series; there's not much speculative fiction that I consider anywhere near as good as A Song of Ice and Fire.

 

And yeah, cautiously optomistic. That's how I'm approaching this one too.

There is alot of room to go the right way when it comes to this story..But ultimately there are alot of ways they can go wrong....yes wheel of time was pretty good...But I never read it twice..Unlike Song of Ice and Fire which I read each book 3-4 times with the exepction of Feast for Crows which I only read once...

hehe, Same here mate, I've been reading WOT since 1998, the nextbook is out in November - then two more will follow to end the series.

I need a new book shelf for the rest of the series. Did anyone else play the WOT game based on the Unreal engine?

Looking forward to playing A song of Fire and Ice game, any idea when the next book is out?
